Returns & Refunds

At Rutlands Limited, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your home goods, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
