Tilting Base
This tilting base is purpose designed to fit the R5000 or R5002 1/4" Routers. The tilting base is made from a machined aluminium die casting and the tilting plate is machined from steel.
You simply push the motor body into the round base and then lock off with the large clamping lever. You now have an even more compact router that can tilt through -30 degrees to +45 degrees and be used with one hand. On the bottom of the base is an anti friction, no mar phenolic sub base to ensure a smooth sliding movement over the workpiece. An excellent round base that will allow you to enhance your workpiece finish. ©
