This guide rail kit contains 2 x 1.4m rails with connector bars, 2 quick lever guide rail clamps and a hard-wearing carry bag to store everything. 

Manufactured from extruded aluminium, the guide rails have been hardened to ensure no bowing or flexing under load, delivering the accuracy and stability needed for straight, precise cuts. Widely compatible with other brands (including Makita), the anti-tip lip allows compatible saws with anti-tip baseplates to make bevel cuts without lifting or tipping over. With a durable, low-friction coating, the rails feature two full length phenolic strips, ensuring effortlessly smooth travel and control with the connected saw. On the underside of the rails are two cushioned foam strips, designed to both protect the surface of the workpiece and provide a stable, non-slip grip.

The guide rail clamps feature a ratchet mechanism designed to quickly apply the maximum clamping force between guide rail and workpiece. Ergonomic handles allow a secure hold when tightening or releasing the clamp and are fitted with quick release buttons to instantly disengage. The main bars are made of a single piece of 14mm x 7mm I profiled steel, maximising strength and durability to prevent flexing under load. 

The protective carry bag features a tough, heavy duty woven nylon construction with impact-resistant padding. An adjustable shoulder strap and two carry handles ensure ease of transport, and the full length zip provides unrestricted access. ©
