This cordless 23 gauge headless pinner combines power comparable to air powered pinners with the convenience of a cordless tool. Its high impact power delivers outstanding performance when driving pins up to 35mm in length, making this an excellent choice for fixing decorative trim, fine mouldings, glazing beads or general intricate joinery.

Class-leading ‘Vacuum Balance’ technology combines a high pressure internal vacuum chamber with a spring loaded firing pin. This brand new proprietary system absorbs recoil force, converting it into impact force, resulting in the highest possible firing power, highest energy efficiency and lowest power consumption possible for a cordless pinner. The result is consistent flush and countersunk driving, less recoil in the hand, and far easier maintenance when compared to traditional air pinners.

The side loading magazine accepts 0.6mm diameter 23 gauge headless pins, from 15mm to 35mm in length, with a generous 120 pin capacity. An easy to view window on the side of the magazine provides a quick indication of whether the magazine is running low and requires reloading. Select between either full sequential firing for precision, single shot pinning, or switch to contact or ‘bump’ firing when rapid fastening is required. Powered by an 18V Li-ion 2.0Ah battery, the brushless motor delivers up to 4,300 nailings per charge, at a rapid firing speed of up to 180pcs/min. 

Depth adjustment is made quickly and tool-free, minimising downtime when switching between flush and countersunk firing. A dedicated ‘maintenance mode’ safely extends the firing pin for quick, easy jam clearance and firing pin replacement. The no-mar rubber nose cover ensures no marking of finished workpieces, with the slimline nose providing precise pin placement. A bright LED work light floods the working area with light once the nose is depressed. Supplied with 2.0Ah battery, charger, spare firing pin and tool belt clip. ©
